Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Methodological and applied research in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP) for healthcare and public health, including model evaluation, explainability, fairness, and responsible AI.
Data Analytics and Processing
Development of scalable data infrastructures, analytics pipelines, and statistical methods for healthcare and population health research, leveraging electronic health records, real-world data, and multi-source datasets.
Digital Twins
Design and validation of data-driven digital twin models representing patients, populations, and health systems to support simulation studies, intervention evaluation, and policy-relevant decision-making.
